A personal story to make a point
Diversity breeds innovation. And yet, despite today's audiences being the most diverse ever in history, the advertising industry is still largely led by white men. For Newfangled's original video series, we feature some of the most influential people in the design and advertising fields to see how we can make this right. The industry took notice, with one video kicking off the 3% Conference and the series winning a Hatch Award.
